I earned a bachelor’s degree at the Coast Guard Academy and a master’s degree from Georgetown University where I studied leadership and human capital behavior, respectively. I continue to train with the world’s leading experts. My goal is to pursue a doctoral degree at Columbia University (PhD, Clinical Psychology) or Pepperdine (PsyD).
The mind is vast and wonderful. From the crashing surface to the calling depths. Enjoy the swim!

I partner with Fortune 500 C-Suite leaders and their teams. During my career, I earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Over the years, I realized the benefits that coaching provides for leaders and organizations and have incorporated this practice into the rhythm of business. I intentionally communicate and manage processes that build alignment, collaboration, and harmony with my team, cross-functions and with stakeholders.
My approach to coaching is client focused. As an ICF Accredited Associate Coach (ACC), I specialize in professional and personal growth and development, managing relationships, and life transition - both in and out of the workplace.
My mantra is to serve with respect and seek to understand all perspectives. I lean into my education, coaching certifications and experience for the best outcome. My training in brain-based coaching and conversation intelligence helps create an open, safe, and productive environment.

My name is Joe. I am a public affairs professional with more than a decade of experience in government, political, and association communications. I have developed and managed strategic communications initiatives on issues of national, and regional importance as part of numerous high profile public relations campaigns across the country. I have a master’s degree in American Studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of San Diego.
I have worked as a key staffer in Congress for both the House of Representatives and the United States Senate. In these roles, I provided strategic communications counsel to multiple members of Congress and developed proactive media engagement plans in support of specific legislative and communications goals and initiatives.
I believe a well-defined media relations strategy guides organizations in navigating the complexities of media interactions, helping them to effectively manage their reputation and influence public perception. My communications philosophy is centered on transparency and authenticity. When interacting with the media, honesty and openness in all communications helps build trust and credibility, and when combined with clear, consistent messages, organizations are well placed to share their news and accomplishments.
