Recent changes to the United States federal workforce are unprecedented both in speed and scale. These changes have created opportunities. They have also caused pain and challenges for tens of thousands of patriots who, after faithfully keeping the watch, were dismissed from service. The Deep Call is working to develop free resources that will support these watch keepers. Among these are motivational tools, mindset exercises, and live calming sessions for groups and individuals.

It is estimated that more than 300 million people struggle with anxiety. And that for many of those people, anxiety spikes on Sunday night (the night before they return to work). In this article, the Cleveland Clinic recommends ten concrete steps for overcoming anxiety. Four of these steps (change your mindset, create a Sunday night routine, get some sleep, and visualize a better day) are directly supported by our program, Sanctuary.
Starting in late 2025, every Sunday at 8:30 EST, we will host a calming session focused on helping people find strength and peace. The half hour sessions will be delivered via Microsoft Teams and not interactive (listeners simply close their eyes, relax, and revitalize their minds). Thanks to the generosity of our donors, Seahorse Sanctuary will be provided at no cost.

According to statistics provided by the World Health Organization, nearly a third of all women "have been subjected to either physical and/or sexual intimate partner violence or non partner sexual violence in their lifetime." This statistic is daunting.
The residual impact of this evil results in a host of societal problems. As an example, we know a family in which a woman was raped by a random man and abused by her husband. She, in turn, was abusive toward her son, both physically and psychologically. To his credit, the son began the process of breaking the cycle. Together, with his faithful wife, they slowly found a better way. It took four generations.
To solve this problem at scale, we need to work with the subconscious mind of the abused. That's where the courage to leave, the capacity to heal, and the strength to break the cycle are. That's where Strong Her comes in. We deliver in person, one on one therapeutic sessions to abused women. Because they, their children, their grandchildren and society deserve better.
